With this item comingwith a Limited Warranty to give you the peace of mind that this item shouldfunction well and as it should. The items in this pack have been pre-charged. Limited Warranty Terms of the LimitedWarranty are as follows: The manufacturer warrants this product for 2 years/24 monthsto be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use andconditions, for a period of two years from the original invoice date.Deductibles are to be paid for by the customer (pricing below.) Themanufacturer agrees to replace defective battery with a battery of equal valuewith no cost to the customer (excluding deductible) Replacement is subject toverification of the defect or malfunction of battery and proof of purchase willbe confirmed by showing warranty certificate or original sales receipt. Warranty Void If:· Core battery pack (original old, ailed Module thatthese new Module are replacing) is not returned to The Hybrid Doctor within 30days from purchase date from The Hybrid Doctor. · Modules within pack are rearranged from originalconfiguration sent. The Hybrid Doctor battery pack is professionally balancesand ordered to ensure peak performance. · Not all original modules sent within a pack arepresent upon return of pack for warranty claim. · Modules have been CHARGED or DISCHARGED prior toinstallation into a vehicle. · Vehicle has not been started and driven for at least30 minutes every 30 days. · Battery Air Filter was not cleaned and kept clearof obstructions. (Clean every 3 months)· Battery has depleted to less than 20% State of Charge(SOC) due to running out of fuel, engine, or regenerative system malfunction,or user error. An example of user error would be leaving the vehicle in neutralfor extended periods of time while vehicle is turned on. In this example, theengine is unable to recharge the Hybrid Battery which could result in permanentdamage. · Presence of any of the following diagnostic codes:P3192 (Engine does not start), P3193 (Fuel run out), P3190 (Poor Engine Power),P0A0F (Engine failed to start), C1256 (Accumulator Low Pressure), or theirequivalent manufacturer diagnostic code. These diagnostic codes indicate the vehicleis unavailable to recharge the Hybrid Battery that will lead to permanentdamage. · The following information cannot be supplied toThe Hybrid Doctor at the time the claim is made: o Error code after scanned by OBDII (Picture/Screenshot)o Battery Voltage by OBDII reader. o Description of what happens to the car when theissue occurso Installation Date (If battery is alreadyinstalled)o Car Model with VIN (If battery is alreadyinstalled) A claim to Warranty is voided if not received within 30 daysafter the failure/defect occurs.
