PAIR ANTIQUE SPANISH CONQUISTADOR BRASS HORSEBACK RIDING STIRRUPS You are being offered a Pair of Antique Brass Stirrups that were used by the Spanish Conquistadors while riding Horses. The Stirrups don’t have any identifying markings; but we believe they were most likely made in Spain or the Viceroyalty of Peru during the 17th or 18th Century. The Stirrups stand 5 inches high, and they measure almost 10½ inches long and almost 4¼ inches wide. In addition to the Brass having developed a Very Dark Patina, there is a considerable amount of wear, with a small split and two holes worn through the Bottom of one Stirrup; otherwise, the Stirrups are in Very Good Condition for their age, without any other issues.
