GREAT CALCITE CRYSTALS FROM TSUMEB, NAMIBIA! Cluster of crystals on this specimen! This is from deep in my personal collection, and I am allowing the sale of very prized pieces. Enjoy! Sharp Calcite XLS. on matrix! A TRUE DISPLAY QUALITY SPECIMEN, I’D KEEP BUT I HAVE TO LIQUIDATE SOME OF MY PERSONAL COLLECTION. CHECK THIS AND MANY OTHER SPECIMENS OF BRIGHT FLUORESCENT SHORT-WAVE SPECIMENS. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RICH PIECE AND WHILE THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS SUB-PAR, THE SPECIMEN IS TOP CLASS! NICE FLUORESCENT SPECIMEN!!! This specimen is an excellent example of Calcite XLS. (fl. red SW) from Tsumeb Mine, Otavi Highlands, Namibia. Interesting example of this species from this locale, with distinct fluorescence! Displays wonderfully. The size of the specimen is 3″ (7.5 cm) by 1-1/2″ (3.8 cm) by 1″ (2.5 cm), a small cabinet sized specimen. Great to add to a competitive display. Check this and my many other offerings now and in the days to come. The fluorescent picture(s) are under SW UV light, I am using a Superbright SW lamp (13W). I apologize for any quality issues with my photographs, I am not a photographer, but a field collector at heart. The specimens I sell are much better in person, check out my feedbacks!
