Cosmetic Condition The universal grinder is in fair cosmetic condition: – It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.- One of the enclosures on the rear of the machine looks damaged. Please see the photos for more detail.No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the grinder by connecting it to a 230V three-phase line and powering it on: The grinder powers on and runs perfectly in both directions. The table controls seemed to behave unexpectedly. We were only able to move the table a single direction (using the wheel located at the center of the machine, between the two others on each side). The other controls did not move the table. We do not have experience with this machine, and were unable to determine why two of the three wheels did not move the table. We could not hear a pump running when the pump switch was flipped. The machine has very little oil in its reservoirs. The lamp did not power on during testing, it perhaps needs fixing.This is the full extent of the testing performed. Due to its condition, the grinder is being sold as-is for parts or repair only. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described. Return Policy This item is sold on an AS-IS basis with NO guarantee of functionality beyond any stated in the testing above. We will not accept returns for this auction if this item does not work to your satisfaction. By bidding on this auction, you are taking the risk that the item may not work. Shipping This item will require freight shipping or local pick up at our facility in Christiansburg VA 24073. We will add $55 for palletizing the item. This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed.
