Often referred to as seaweed, this underwater «herb» is popular for its rich nutrient and vitamin content. It contains various quantities of vitamin A, vitamin B1 & B2, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E; zinc; calcium; copper; potassium; magnesium; iron; and iodine. Please note: CONSULT A LICENSED PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USE. Kelp does contain iodine and can have some very serious side effects. Do not take if you have an allergy or sensitivity to iodine.
